About Unifight Regional Championship among the servicemen

On the 6-8th of July 2006 in St.-Petersburg Unifight Regional Championship among the servicemen was conducted.

The teams of Armed Forces of Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kirghiz, Lithuania, Russia and Uzbekistan have participated in competitions. In total 51 sportsmen have shared in duels.

The duels in obstacle strip and in ring were interesting sporting wrestling. The winners of the championship are in five teams, and prize-winners - in each team

The weight category up to 60 kg was conquered by the high sergeant of Lithuanian Armed Forces Akulishin Maxsim , up to 65 kg - cadet of Russian Armed Forces Deretsky Artem , up to 70 kg the soldier of Azerbaijan Armed Forces Kasumov Tural, up to 75kg - cadet of Russian Armed Forces Nazarov Alexsey , up to 80 kg - lieutenant of Russian Armed Forces Klopnev Denis , up to 85kg - high lieutenant of Lithuanian Armed Forces Smirnovas Dmitrius , up to 90kg - cadet of Russian Armed Forces Dashan Vladimir , up to 95kg - lieutenant of Russian Armed Forces Moshkatiuk Vladimir , more than 95kg - captain of Uzbekistan Armed Forces Boltaiev Shovkat.

The team Cup for the 1st place is handed to the team of Russia, further with minor lagging from each other in the tournament table have taken places team of Azerbaijan, team of Lithuania and team of Uzbekistan.
